Creating a huge stylish contemporary apartment, the interiors enchant a worthy living experience with a lavish amount of space with Vibrant and Cozy theme by 9 Square Designs Studio in Ahmedabad. It’s a four-bedroom apartment for a happy-go-living family of three generations with contemporary taste. The abode from the onset was a harmonious crossover amidst traditional sensibilities and a contemporary design persona that comes through in the medley of the spaces kept within.
The royal vibrant house decor with a luxurious touch impresses by the elements of nature, minimalism and spaciousness. The Principal Architect Suraj Parmar states “The essence of interior design is about the realities of what makes for an attractive, luxurious and meaningful environment.” Crafted a home that reflects the unique style of the family members is quite a task. This luxurious residence seems to be a perfect blend of design aesthetics and practical necessities. The personalized design has transformed the space into a warm and comfortable lodge for its members. It inspires everybody with its contemporary yet stylish home décor. The apartment on the first floor majorly has four bedrooms, a big hall with dining and a beautiful family room in it. Every nook and corner have been carefully tailored to satisfy the client’s requirements.
ENTRANCE
The apartment design is inspired, keeping in mind the client’s liking for warm earthy tones and elements like wood and veneer are used as the highlighter in the house. It’s a perfect blend of modern design with a hint of striking bold colours to accentuate the palette. Wooden panelling makes a notable entrance by Creating Back Illumination modern name plate which is mesmerizing eye catching to every guest while a beautiful white cabinet compliments all other elements. For the foyer, designer used a beautiful wooden console with unique artefacts with exposed concrete treated wall, while the opposite wall is décor with a mirror which made the space look larger. While the ceiling design is the eye-catching décor for the foyer, which leads to the huge living area.
LIVING ROOM
The grand living space facing the huge balcony receives an ample amount of light which leads to picking off a subtle off-white coloured pallet for the interior walls. A large living area is apportioned into a formal space and an informal living area creatively by the designer. The eclectic design direction of the apartment is best illustrated in the assembly of furniture here. The formal seating has a royal L-shaped sofa in grey with a brass touch, while a wooden center table adds charm to the room décor. The ceiling design is kept simple with profile light fixtures, whereas a modern round LED pendent accentuates the blind curtain and Italian marble flooring. The elegant TV unit décor with continue exposed concrete treated wall from the foyer compliments the beautiful console unit.
Those bright canary yellow modern sofas are the most adorable furniture of the informal living area. Informal seating has a wooden ceiling with light fixtures which adds character and brightens up the mood also. While one wall is highlighted by exposed concrete treated with geometric groves which accentuates it with the light shade of curtains.
DINING AREA
The dining room has got this very classy tabletop in wood with a black touch, which looks very elegant with dark tone upholstery chairs. The modern beautiful wooden console unit at one side maintains the vibrant look of the house. A modern cylindrical pedestal wash basin with ceiling mounted faucet beside the dining area looks so elegant and interesting with the proper use of backlight for the round mirror adds charm to this area. The pretty oyster mushroom pendent lamp brings out the overall grace. The Italian marble used for space with a simple ceiling makes the room feel even bigger and brighter.
KITCHEN AREA
A spacious elegant modular kitchen is adorned with a grey textured stone counter and a backsplash, which adds more freshness to the open space. Its subtle light grey tinted cabinets and drawers which provide a fresh and vibrant ambiance. While wooden racks in the corner and the smart décor of light fixtures under cabinets compliment the kitchen décor. A rectangle LED light with black framing on a simple ceiling design and a wooden breakfast counter creates an eye-catching décor in the space.
POOJA AREA
The marble-cladded walls of the Pooja room emit an ambience of peace and calmness. While on either side, a marble cladded wall is highlighted with a linear groves pattern with a brass touch, which makes a perfect décor for pooja area. A harmonic set of glass partition adds volumes intertwined with each other and produces transparency and opacity, where spaces connect as one environment. While wooden ceiling design and storage with cane work compliments the décor.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom exudes rich elegant theme of warm and soothing with the use of Burma teak veneered panelling adding glory to the bedroom décor. The brown leatherette bed design with headboard gives a modern look to the bedroom, while the backdrop has got a dignified vertical panelling design that appears to be very attractive. The ceiling is again kept very simple while an ace of spade frame gives a vintage look to the space. The dressing unit has come out to be a gorgeous spot in the room due to its admirable design. Full height white PU wardrobes and wooden flooring with white curtains adds elegancy to the décor of the bedroom. While the TV unit is kept simple and elegant, which complements the wooden décor.
PARENT’S BEDROOM
The parent’s room is kept sober and soothing with the use of polished rubber wood panels which complement the off-white wall. A modern fully cushioned bed design and similar tonal fluted glass wardrobe accentuates the wooden flooring. While a simple ceiling design with two pendent lights adores the light shade of curtains. While a modern sober design of arched mirror and TV unit with wooden shelves and drawers is accentuated by the vases. Aesthetics have been intentionally kept monochromatic for simplicity as required by clients.
DAUGHTER’S BEDROOM
Daughter’s room is again with a warm and earthy tone of Beige with hammered flooring, and white interiors with a unique element of Jhula. A tall beige tufted headboard of a modern bed and an earthy tone circular wall arts with silver touch highlights the wall beautifully. While a heightened mirror with backlights and a unique pendent light adds charm to that décor. A beautiful white back painted sliding wardrobe décor with a beige tone belt compliments the interior décor. The ceiling design and study table with wooden are kept simple and elegant. While matching the tone of curtains and rug compliments the other elements used for the interior of the bedroom.
SON’S BEDROOM
While Son’s room is detailed out to be a little raw and rustic with Micro topping flooring. Stamped concrete wall with Vibrancy of Tan leather bed design is the focal point of the bedroom. Like other rooms, the ceiling design of this bedroom is also kept simple, while the mirror décor and unique extendable pendent light design make it more attractive. The grey wardrobe is paired with the modern design of the study area, which compliments each other. While on either side of the bed, the wall is décor by a tyre wall clock and white storage with wooden book shelves.
As a design team of 9 Square Design Studio, the tactics lied in creating Integrity of the house with different and Varied tastes and requirements. It was not only fun but pleasure creating and crafting unique spaces for the interior decor in this house. The apartment is styled & accessorized with handpicked artifacts that add to the décor. An interplay of geometric patterns with warm and soothing textured materials is the key highlight of this home. Accent lights, carefully selected and sourced art, add an eclectic flavour to the scheme.
