The theme of Mr. Venkata’s Residence is kept modern with clean lines, minimal design elements, and the use of a selective palette of materials and colors. And It is well nested by Uniworks Designs in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad is a true masterpiece of luxury and sophistication. Spanning over 3800 square feet, the apartment boasts a lavish design that is bound to leave a lasting impression on anyone who steps inside. Simple meets modernity – gives expression to its owners’ lifestyle. It is about crafting a modern paradise – and how a varied range of materials, colors, and textures can be made to blend seamlessly together in a pleasant family home.
The designer at Uniworks Designs stated that the project was designed by a team of talented individuals who were passionate about creating a space that would embody the very essence of luxury. Mr. Kumar Abhilash, Mr. Rishabh Singh, and Mr. Mehar Aditya were the masterminds behind the design, while Ms. Juhi Jaiswal was the principal face of the project. It is concerning the client’s inclination towards a toned-down kind of residence for their family in relevance to their elementary lifestyle.
FORMAL LIVING AREA
The entrance of a house opens up with a modern and classic wooden door. The contemporary formal living area is welcoming with the bold décor of the wooden ceiling. Wall near entrance ornated with cow Pichwai painting and classic style console create an eye-catchy décor with wooden framing. Metal screen emphasizes the space and creates a good ambiance. Here is a modest space with prudent detailing and cozy self-contained vibes.
Two comfy tanned ottomans, two modern high-back chairs, and a modern sofa add a royal theme to this area. A marble top center table and unique style of sitting territories with the facing TV wall exemplify the draw attention. The TV wall takes in marble with rose-gold strips and a neat furniture ledge to seemingly merge with the self-textured marble floor. The elegant ceiling design and curtains not only complement the monochromatic concept but also enhances the richness of the space.
INFORMAL LIVING AREA
The informal living room and the dining area are tied together elegantly. Where the informal living room is adorned in a very homely style, convivial with white panel inlay engraved work of an idol SAI BABA on a marble textured backdrop wall. This living room amplifies the exuberance of the space using a L-shape leatherette sofa and a rectilinear armchair with a marble top center table giving a luxurious feel to the area.
The TV unit wall décor with marble is evident for an eye-soothing element with a wooden console unit. While the unique style of rug selection by designers and elegant ceiling décor give eye-soothing elements to this area. The Mandir is just placed adjacent to the living area which is well décor by a metal screen with a wooden frame and floral stone cladding wall. The tiling on the floor is different from the living area which is well accentuated with the wooden ceiling and framework. The ambiance of the mandir gives a good vibe with the design elements.
DINING AREA
The luxurious theme continues well into the dining area from the living. A modern form of sophistication finds itself via material usage and precise artistry in the dining area. The intrinsically detailed space was the center of attraction that complemented a wooden ceiling design. Glass & wooden tie in the crockery unit complements the dining table. While a modern-classic marble top dining table with modern chairs accentuates with a huge crystal chandelier and retreats a royal look.
KITCHEN AREA
Plush & Functional Kitchen that has all the modern-day appliances, needed to stand out aesthetically and ensure utmost ease while one heartily whips out favourite dishes for the family. Aesthetic emphasis was given by the mesmerizing effect of the aqua-blue shade adopted by the cabinet shutters and unique tiling backsplash expressing mildness while acquainting easy maintenance. And amidst the ethereal white looks too good to be true! Well, the Onyx marble breakfast counter with two modern chairs is the center of attraction in the kitchen area.
HOME OFFICE AREA
The office for users has an interesting table detail with marble which complements a modern light fixture. Smart décor of light fixtures coming from ceiling to wall creates an eye-catchy feature. A linear wooden paneling that also matches the style of a French blind curtain creates a cool setting at the backdrop of modern cabinets. While wooden flooring and furniture create an earthy feeling in this area. Artifacts, planters, and furnishings help to create a working environment.
MASTER BEDROOM
Retreat master bedroom the majestic feel continues along with a sense of calm space. The highlighter rear bed wall is finished in grey textured marble with rose-gold strips for the tone to complement the furnishings in the room. And with the same theme TV unit wall is ornated creatively. To add vibrancy and a little jazzy vibe, a pop of wooden furniture, flooring, and ceiling design was created as an eye-catchy mold. The hanging light fixtures, stone cladded wall with wooden framing, and curtains add charm to the bedroom. While two modern armchairs with footrests complement it well in this area.
BATHROOM
An interesting bathroom in the master bedroom is decor Creative floral tiling work on the wall which adds a luxe factor to this area. A mirror was inlet lit, the white washbasin and modern storage unit are glowing out due to the marble cladding backdrop wall. A modern royal bathtub and other sanitary fittings complement the flooring tiles and the plain ceiling design.
CHILDREN’S BEDROOM
The children’s bedroom design is individualistic décor as per the kids’ room theme. It has marble flooring to have a playful nature while playing. It incorporates a custom-designed bunk bed with a teal green theme palette. A study table and a unique car shelf mounted on a grey panel wall ensure the area looks spacious. The illustrations on the wall with curtain, ceiling-mounted rods for a vertical climbing wall, and a not-so-easily accessible niche make sure the safety of the kids. Inspired by building block toys the wardrobe was designed creatively and looks very playful element in this bedroom.
BALCONY AREA
The balcony area has commendable interiors with its ceiling and flooring elegantly. The designer wanted to make it look attractive even from distance. A traditional touch swing, planters, textured wall, and other elements are making a giant piece treat in this balcony. Even lighting fixtures add charm to this area and create a good ambiance for the users.
Evoking the personality of each of the occupants of the luxurious apartment is no easy feat—but the transition from each area is seamless. An expert command over materiality, and the experiment with tone and texture, have allowed creating a dynamic, interesting, and most significantly, comforting home. The project was ornated with multiple unique themes, customizing the fixtures, furniture, wall patterns, and decorations – as per the client’s dreams and the designers’ satisfaction. The client brief blended well with the designer’s vision, making the interiors smart, welcoming, and spacious. Indeed, the designers bring appropriateness to their design!
