The studio is designed to reflect our refined values and human-centric approach. We moved away from the idea of a signature style, focusing on creating a very minimal and welcoming space that prioritizes functionality.
From the start, our goal was clear—to create an open, interconnected space where every corner was accessible, leaving no area off-limits. We utilized the potential of the space and its features to create the most comfortable and functional area. The logical placement of workstations, a meeting room, relaxation areas, and a coffee point stems from the need to create a spacious, comfortable and pleasant workspace.
Our main focus was to capture as much natural lighting as possible illuminating the Workstation and the meeting room. This infusion of light not only elevates the ambience but also fosters relaxation and social engagement. The minimalist furniture and décor are carefully curated to uphold a modern aesthetic, ensuring comfort while maintaining a stylish look.
The windows also provide a connection to the outdoors, offering views that likely contribute to the room’s calm and serene ambience. They give the users a sense of cosiness for some resting moments between projects/work.
This thematic synchronization is evident in the furniture, paint, upholstery and overall space planning. The flooring features very subtle grey flooring complimenting the overall theme and thought process. This choice of white and grey not only accentuates the office’s minimalism but also creates an illusion of a larger space.
The material palette of whites, blacks, and greys, serves as the foundation for a design that prioritizes clarity over complexity thus creating an oasis of calm.

Located in the vibrant locale of Bandra West, Mumbai, Bandra Office is an exemplary interior project designed by Studio Aiza. Headed by principal designers Sayyed Zibran and Ashraf Sayed, the office space embodies a striking arched theme in the wall decor, which adds a unique architectural dimension while maintaining a sleek aesthetic. The colour palette predominantly features a sophisticated interplay of black and white, accented with subtle grey touches that create a balanced and modern atmosphere.
The design incorporates contemporary lighting fixtures that illuminate the space, enhancing its sophistication and functionality. Large windows allow for an abundance of natural light, fostering a productive work environment. This thoughtfully curated interior not only reflects a stylish workplace but also promotes creativity and collaboration among its occupants, making Bandra Office an exemplary model for modern office design in the heart of Mumbai’s bustling business district.
