Crafted by Kypad Design Office LLP, the home beautifully mirrors the lifestyle of its residents, a couple in their late 50s and their two young adult children balancing personal comfort with a vibrant social spirit.
From the moment you step in, the entrance lobby sets the tone with its neutral palette, soft lighting, and playful accents. A custom-designed console stands out against a contoured mirrored backdrop, introducing depth and a sense of fluidity right from the start.
The private spaces of the home are just as intentional. The guest bedrooms each serve distinct purposes; one is a multi-functional room combining a serene study corner with a puja area, while the other is designed for casual gatherings and playful interactions.
Each family member’s room is a reflection of their individuality. The daughter’s room is a creative sanctuary, featuring a cozy study nook with floating shelves and ample storage that celebrates her artistic spirit. The son’s room leans into a sleek, minimalist vibe tailored for his love of music and refined taste, complete with full-length wardrobes and modern, metal-profile handles.
The master bedroom offers a sense of openness and serenity, with visually zoned areas created using a loveseat positioned to capture the golden hues of the west-facing sunsets, an everyday luxury in the heart of the city.

About Kypad Design Office LLP
Ar. Pathik Joshi
A graduate of KRVIA, Mumbai, Ar. Pathik Joshi pursued his Master’s in Urban Design from the University of Texas, Austin. His international exposure, including a stint at Humphreys and Partners Architects, honed his understanding of large-scale urban developments and global design standards. As a partner at Kalayojan Architects, he led the design of institutional campuses, public buildings, and transport infrastructure projects, including metro and railway stations. A key milestone was the International Christian Worship Centre in Nigeria. Known for his curiosity and boundary-pushing design sensibility, Pathik brings strategic insight to complex architectural challenges.
Ar. Abhilasha Porwal Joshi
A fellow KRVIA graduate, Ar. Abhilasha Porwal Joshi earned her Master’s in Emergent Technologies from the Architectural Association, London. Her expertise in parametric and computational design fuels her innovative approach to space-making. At Divyang Joshi Architects, she worked on high-end residences, corporate offices, and healthcare projects, blending aesthetics with purposeful design. Abhilasha’s vision is rooted in creativity, precision, and forward-thinking ideation.
Together, Pathik and Abhilasha lead Kypad Design Office LLP, a multidisciplinary practice shaped by three decades of design legacy. From luxury interiors to large-scale architecture and infrastructure, Kypad’s portfolio now spans continents, with projects completed in Australia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Africa. Their collaborative leadership fuses global perspectives with fresh, free-spirited thinking—defining Kypad’s evolving architectural identity
